Refund Policy

How refunds will work when purchases of optional AI credits become available.

Real payments are not enabled yet. Sandbox transactions do not charge money. This policy will apply when Ya starts selling AI credits through Paddle in the live environment.

What you buy

The core service has no subscription fee. Optional AI credits are bought in packages and used for built-in AI features. They are not money, electronic money, stored value, property, or an investment. They cannot be transferred, resold, traded, or redeemed for cash, and they do not expire while your account remains active.

Refunds

AI-credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except when the law requires a refund. Used credits are not refundable. This does not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Failed operations and billing problems

If Ya can reliably confirm that an AI operation failed without delivering the requested result, it should not consume your credits. Duplicate, defective, fraudulent, or unauthorised charges will be investigated and handled as required by law and the payment provider’s rules.

How to ask for help

Email hello@ya.danielcreates.xyz with your account email, purchase reference, purchase date, and a short explanation. Please do not send passwords, recordings, transcripts, or therapy notes.

Paddle

If payments are activated, Paddle is intended to act as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Paddle will process payments, receipts, applicable taxes, and refunds under the purchaser terms shown at checkout. If mandatory law or Paddle’s customer-facing terms give you greater rights, those rights apply.
